Ordering Information

1) Call me or send me an email describing what kind of ornament/s you are looking for. Think about how you would like your ornament personalized with a theme, name/s, date/s, color/s etc. 

2) All ornaments measure between 3 1/4" - 4" in diameter, made from felt, hand stitched with embroidery thread, stuffed with polyester fiber and have a ribbon loop for hanging. 

 

Payment & Shipping

I accept payment via PayPal ( PayPal.me/KarenRubin ) and venmo@Karen-Rubin20. Orders are shipped from a local US post office. Ornaments are created in the order in which they are received. Delivery time will vary based on detail and quantity. Orders placed over the phone will be followed up by email to confirm spelling and dates etc. If after you receive your order you discover that you made an error during order placement, I will gladly recreate the ornament, but will need to treat it as a new order and charge you accordingly.
